Did You Know That....? - December 2009

Published on December 24th and 25th, 2009  [Christmas 2009-2010]

.......December 25th is a Judeo-Christian Religious Day of Note thus the logical day to celebrate the Birth of the Messiah?  (1)

The M+G+R Foundation Comments: In all that is truly of God, coherence reigns supreme.

(1) The Holy Reason Christmas is Celebrated on December 25th

and that...

....the genealogy of Jesus presented in Matthew 1: 1-16 counts the number of generations from Abraham to Jesus through Joseph?

In said genealogy it is established that Joseph is a direct descendant of King David which is of no physical account at all when it comes to establish the Davidic lineage of Jesus Christ.

The physical lineage could only come through Mary - the only human involved in the birth of our Saviour. However, we are witnessing here again the use of symbolism by God in the fulfillment of prophecies.
